Overseer Emmanuel Osei-Marfo

Emmanuel Osei Marfo was born to Samuel Osei Bonsu of blessed memory and Mary Osei Sarpong in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.

After completing Ghana Senior High School, Koforidua in 2008, he proceeded to the University of Ghana where he obtained an honours degree in Political Science with Sociology. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). After serving in the Ghanaian Civil and Local Government Service for a combined period of three years, he moved to Canada and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Political Science from Brock University. In Canada, Emmanuel worked with Accenture Operations as a digital marketing expert. He is currently pursuing his PhD degree at the University of Toronto.

Emmanuel has served in various capacities in the Church, particularly in the Youth & Pensa Ministry in both Ghana and Canada. Until his call into ministry, he was the Youth Leader for Hamilton District and the Pensa Co-ordinator for the Scarboroh Area of the Church of Pentecost. Over. Emmanuel and his family were first stationed at New Life Worship Center, St. Catharines as the district minister from September 2021 to June 2022. He is currently the district minister for Scarborough District.

Emmanuel is married to his lovely wife, Maame Serwaa Osei-Marfo. Maame holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Ghana (Linguistics and Chinese). She currently works as a Customer Service Representative. The couple have been blessed with three amazing children – Pearl, Samuel-Myles and Emmanuel Jr.
