“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him and he will make your paths straight.” Proverbs 3:5-6

Your heavenly Father loves you unconditionally and He wants to have an active role in your life.  He wants you to commit every area of your entire life to Him.  When you willingly bring every facet of your life to Him, you will have a deeper relationship with Him; as well, you will be blessed abundantly.

It is a problem when you try to be “…wise in your own eyes” ( Prov.  3: 7).  When you make decisions without seeking God’s will, you miss His goodness in your life.  James 1:5  states “If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault” .   Is there any decision you need to make or is there any area of your life God does not have absolute control of?  God wants you to trust Him so that He can direct your path.   All you need to do is seek His perfect will by reading His Word and adhering to godly advice.  His precious Word is applicable to every situation you will encounter.

You could truly experience His absolute peace when you walk in His perfect will.  When you  surrender your whole life to Him then He will open His floodgates of heaven and bless you till your cup overflows and you will be able to say “Surely goodness and mercies will follow me all the days of my life” (Psalm  23: 6)
