Apostle Ransford Obeng Gyamfi was born in August 1965 to the late Mr. Emmanuel Ntiamoah Mensah and the late Madam Kate Twumwa Owusu, all of Koforidua, Ghana. At a young age, he was adopted by Dr. Joshua and Mrs. Georgina Obeng.
Apostle Ransford was born into a Christian home and gave his life to Christ in 1982. He was baptized in that same year.
